Catégories & types
Categories
"standard"/"order"/"issue" have built-in behavior and can't be deleted.
Issue types
"Unclassified" has built-in behavior and can't be deleted — Gemini lands here when no other issue type clearly fits.
Contact types
"client"/"prospect"/"supplier"/"not_yet_client"/"unclassified"/"spam" have built-in behavior and can't be deleted. "spam" hides a contact's threads dashboard-wide — see Banned/Spam contacts below.
Banned/Spam contacts
Contacts marked "spam" — their threads are excluded from Threads/Pending-Scheduled/stats/report everywhere else. Restore one to bring its threads back immediately.
Rapport
Activity for a chosen period. Scoped to your permitted mailboxes plus anything assigned to you, unless you're an admin (then it's everything).
Marked done
Grouped by who confirmed it (completed_by).
Assigned
Grouped by who it was assigned to (assigned_to).
Created, never assigned
Assigned to nobody as of right now.
Scheduled
Due date in this period — same rule as the Scheduled column on Pending/Scheduled, sorted soonest first.

Data deletion
Permanently deletes data from the database. Irreversible — a timestamped backup of the whole database is taken automatically right before every real deletion.
This cannot be undone. Type DELETE below to confirm.
Saved filters (all users)
Everyone normally only sees/deletes their own (Threads tab). Listed here in full for review, with individual deletion — for a bulk cleanup (e.g. everything older than 6 months), use "Saved filters" above instead.
